West Winds offers eight one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom suites
for you to enjoy. It is designed for neighbors to enjoy
quiet time or the pleasure of company and community involvement.
West Winds is an adult environment within a thriving country
community. We care about each other and our town. While
no children live at West Winds, they do visit, attend dance classes,
exercise and enjoy.
Your two-bedroom suite has two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area,
wall-to-wall carpet, plenty of closet and storage space. The
one-bedroom, one-bath suite offers the same quality living
space. All appliances are included. Automatic
washer and dryer facilities are located in each neighborhood of eight suites.
We call them "suites" because of the quality, size and
opportunities at the front door. Our neighbors decide how to
enjoy life as they choose.

"Fit as a Fiddle" Wellness Room - Ride a few
miles on our exercycles, walk the treadmill, use the Nautilus, lift a few pounds or run your way to a healthier lifestyle and
attend wellness classes with no membership fee.
Pockets & Cues - We do not have "Minnesota
Fats," but we do have a pool room. Enjoy a quiet game
with a friend or work on that three-cushion shot you're

Calico Corners - Get out without going outside in our
two intimate lounge areas. Discuss politics, sports, share

We are a short walk to downtown shopping, yet our grounds are

If you ever need a qualified doctor, just go next door.
Your landlord and concerned neighbor is Landmann-Jungman Hospital,
who will even prepare a noon meal, provide housekeeping services and
do the laundry for a reasonable fee.
