Dr. Melissa Bartling, MD, FP
Dr. Melissa Bartling, family practice, joined our staff in 2006.  Dr. Bartling graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine, after which time she completed her residency at Sioux Falls Family Practice.  As Chief of Staff, Dr. Bartling focuses on a wide variety of family healthcare issues. She also performs as the medical director of Scotland Good Samaritan Center. Dr. Bartling is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, South Dakota Academy of Family Physicians and the South Dakota Medical Association.

Dr. Kynan C. Trail, MD
Dr. Kynan Trail is a general surgeon who sees patients at Landmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital every Wednesday. His special interest are in varicose vein surgery, carotid artery disease, sclerosis of spider veins, and lower extremity revascularization. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with Distinction. Dr. Trail completed his residency at the Summa Health Systems, Akron, OH.



 

Dr. Ben Olson, DPM

Dr. Ben Olsen is a podiatrist who sees patients at Landmann-Jungman Memorial Hospital every first and third Wednesdays of every month. Dr. Olsen, graduated from the Des Moines (Iowa) University and completed his residency at Covenant Medical Center, Waterloo, Iowa. Dr. Olsen specializes in the treatment of complex foot and ankle conditions such as foot and ankle reconstruction, sprains, fractures and other sports medicine, pediatric surgery and foot care, bunions, hammertoes and heel spurs, diabetic ulcers, ingrown toenails, warts and other soft tissue problems, and advanced wound care.

Dr. Mark Gordon joined NCH in 2002. A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, in Minneapolis. Dr. Gordon completed a residency in Internal Medicine in Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis and a fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Gordon is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology. He is a fellow with the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Antoinette VanderPol, MD
Dr. Antoinette VanderPol obtained her MD from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine and complete her residency at the Sioux Falls Family Practice. She is also American Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. VanderPol's main specialty is family medicine.
